1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery times are between 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances or high demand may occasionally lead to slight delays. Rest assured, we’re always here to help should any issues arise.


2. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We offer free delivery on all orders within the UK. For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

4. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I ENTERED INCORRECT DETAILS?

If you’ve entered incorrect information or need to update your order, please email us immediately at inora.eu@gmail.com.

We’ll do our best to assist before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, changes cannot be made, but we will work with you on a resolution if the package is returned to us.


5. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Please note that tracking updates may take 2-4 business days to reflect in the system after your order has been shipped.

Returns must meet the following criteria:
